All sales are final and refunds will not be given.

As all our extensions offer a trial period, you are encouraged to download and install it to test its suitability for your purposes during such trial periods.

Refunds may be granted at our discretion under the following conditions :

  • If issues with the available extensions that results in the inability to use the extension or a feature of the extension cannot be resolved with direct or indirect support (forum posts, e-mail2, available documentation and other support articles) or incidental patches and official updates to the plugins or core extensions, and where such issues are not the result of incorrect use by the user, a server or Joomla! configuration or conflict with a 3rd party extension.
  • Where a duplicate subscription purchsae is made in error, the duplicate purchase will be refunded.


Our billing software does not handles cancellations within our website. So, in order to get your subscription cancelled, you can either:

  • Directly cancel the subscription at PayPal. Notice that depending on your country, PayPal instructions to cancel a subscription may vary. So, you could find some helpful articles at their support portal.
